Quick Release Couplings
Quick release couplings operate on the Push/Pull concept. When the Adaptor is placed into the coupler, the self-locking structure precisely holds it in place, resulting in a positive and leak-proof connection. This action simultaneously opens the valve and initiates fluid flow. Pull back on the coupler’s sleeve to disconnect; the adaptor ejects and the valves shut off automatically. Valves are available in one-way and two-way sealing configurations.
Push & Pull – As Per ISO 7241-A
- The snap-together locking ball technology ensures a secure, rapid connection.
- When the male and female parts are linked, they can rotate even under pressure, preventing torsional stress in the flexible hoses.
- High pressure peaks and pulses can be tolerated.
- To reduce pressure drop, poppet valves contain balanced springs and calibrated oil flow passageways.
- The margins of poppet valve seals are shockproof.
