Hastelloy C22 Tube Welding Tips
Hastelloy is a family of austenitic nickel-chromium-based superalloys. Hastelloy C22 Tube is a nonmagnetic, nickel-based high temperature alloy possessing an excellent combination of high strength, hot and cold workability, SCH40 Hastelloy C22 Tube is a nickel-chromium alloy with good carburization and oxidation resistance through 2000°. Hastelloy Alloy C22 Exhaust Tube is used in a variety of corrosion resisting applications. Hastelloy C22 Welded Tube is a nickel-chromium alloy designed for use at cryogenic temperatures and up to 2000˚F (1093˚C), Alloy C22 Tube is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with good oxidation resistance at high temperatures and resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion.
