X Alloy Plate is first Bended, Hastelloy Werkstoff No 2.4665 Sheets then goes through the process called curling to get the form a edge on a ring. then Hastelloy X Cold Rolled Plate is pass through the process called Decambering so that it removes the camber. then Hastelloy X Sheet is stretched over a form of die this process is called Deep drawing. then Hastelloy Alloy X Plate is cut into slits in alternating pattern. The next process is Hemming and seaming in which Hastelloy Alloy X Plate two sheets of metal is folded to form a joint.

The Hastelloy Alloy X Plate goes throgh Hydroforming is a process that is analogous to deep drawing. followed by Incremental sheet forming which is basically sheet metal working or sheet metal forming process. Hastelloy Alloy X Plate is passed over ironing uniformly thins the workpiece in a specific area. the next Laser cutting CNC laser involves moving a lens assembly carrying a beam of laser light over the surface of the metal. The next process of X Hastelloy Polished Cold Drawn Plate is Photochemical machining which is tightly controlled corrosion process.
